Does Art imitate Life? Or is it Life that imitates Art? How about Fashion, Music and/or Influential People? Does Music and Fashion reflect our times, or do musicians and fashion designers pick up on some subtle things and just end up creating works that seem to float on the same theme or feel as their peers? Does an influencial person dictate what's hot and what's not...or does an influential person merely sense which way the tide is going and discretely drifts that way?

It's almost the end of November, and not much time is left before I go to Calgary, Alberta to spend the holidays with my family. I'm looking forward to going snowboarding, and playing with musicians I haven't seen in a while! But before I get carried away, here's a quick itinerary of gigs coming up:
